Visited the shop for the first time today, absolutely superb service, so knowledgeable & friendly, no pressure at all, I was shown several options in the type of machine I was looking for with the pros & cons of each one explained. I was able to choose a machine in complete confidence that it will do exactly what I require. A pleasure to do buisness with this company, highly recommend.

My machine seized up on me just before New Year, I took it to them and they sorted it straight away. Amazing service as always. Can't recommend this shop and the owners high enough.

I love this shop! I've bought two machines from them and the support has been really good. The shop is worth visiting as they have so many great machines, new and old and really know their stuff. On email and calls, they're quick and efficient, and it feels like a really honest place to buy a piece of equipment from where you know you'll be well looked after.

You won't find a nicer shop or better service anywhere else.

I cannot fault this family run business. Paul is very knowledgeable, helpful, reliable and goes the extra mile for his customers. This business provides the kind of thoughtful service that I thought had long disappeared but thankfully hasn't. Highly recommended indeed.

Today I brought a embroidery machine from this wonderful family run business for over 40 years. With the free machine demo and excellent service I have to say this is a great place to purchase something like this. A shop full of old sewing machines all on view took my breath away. I also purchased everything I needed for my embroidery machine all in this wonderful shop. With fabrics, trimmings, cottons and so much more. I couldn't recommend this place any more, excellent customer service with a real friendly feel. Thank you so much 😊

Great service, knowledge, and links to the industry. I have a modern sewing machine that needed a quote for repair as it was damaged in transit. They found the fault and were able to service and repair the machine with genuine parts. They kept open and quick communication with me during the process, which was fantastic. I would definitely come back here for all my sewing needs.
