Unlike traditional clip-on walking feet, Pfaff’s proprietary IDT technology is built directly into the machine. It mechanically links the top and bottom feed dogs to feed fabric with absolute uniformity. This ensures perfectly matched plaids, zero puckering on delicate silks, and smooth feeding across thick denim seams or bulky quilt sandwiches.

Generative Stitch Creator and Customisation

The machine serves as a creative studio thanks to its high-resolution, full-colour touch screen and built-in Stitch Creator feature. Users can edit existing stitches or design entirely new 9mm decorative patterns pixel by pixel. It also boasts exclusive specialty stitches, including 3D ribbon stitches, multi-layered stacking stitches, and maxi stitches up to 48mm wide that utilise sideways motion feeding.

Longarm Workspace

Designed to handle grand-scale projects with ease, the machine features a generous 10-inch (250mm) throat space to the right of the needle. This oversized workspace provides ample room for rolling large quilts, manipulating heavy home decor fabrics, and assembling complex garments.

Smart Automation and Precision Controls

Every detail is calibrated for a seamless workflow. The machine features an electronic knee-lift for hands-free presser foot control, automatic thread snips, and an automatic presser foot lift that pivots immediately when the needle stops down. A smart straight-stitch needle plate sensor adds a layer of safety by alerting the user and blocking wide stitches if the incorrect plate is attached, preventing costly needle breakage.
